Customer Interface
Registration, progress, and redemption in one mobile-first journey
GAJAH TUNGGAL · PEKAN RAYA JAKARTA 2026
Turning fragmented event activities into one connected customer journey
Registration, progress, and redemption in one mobile-first journey
Dedicated validation flows for activity verification and prize redemption
Structured first-party engagement data across event activities
At Pekan Raya Jakarta 2026, Gajah Tunggal ran multiple brand activities across different touchpoints. Instead of treating each interaction as a separate experience, the brand needed one connected system that could follow visitors throughout the event. The challenge went beyond building a campaign microsite. The system needed to register visitors, connect their activities, track participation, support staff-side verification, determine reward eligibility, and handle redemption through one continuous journey.
Visitors moved between separate brand activities without a shared identity or continuous journey across the event.
The system had to register visitors, connect activities, track participation, support staff verification, determine reward eligibility, and handle redemption.
Visitor-facing progress and staff-side validation had to work as one workflow—not as disconnected front-end experiences.
Tenstud designed and developed GT Digital Passport as the digital layer connecting the complete visitor journey at PRJ 2026. Visitors registered once and used the same mobile-first experience throughout the event. As they participated in different activities, their progress was recorded and updated in the system. Once the required journey was completed, visitors could proceed to reward redemption. On the operational side, staff used dedicated validation flows to verify participation and support prize redemption.
Visitors create a digital identity that stays with them across the event journey.
One registration becomes the reference point for activities, progress, and redemption.
Participation across multiple event activities is linked to the same registered visitor.
Operational staff verify participation through a dedicated validation flow.
Visitors see completed steps; the system determines when reward eligibility is met.
Completed journeys are validated and redeemed through the same connected workflow.
Activity is stored as structured participation data rather than isolated interactions.
