Who this policy covers

This policy applies to Tenstud's public website, contact and inquiry forms, analytics, and the internal SEO Watcher operated by PT Tendos Studio Teknologi. The watcher measures websites owned or managed by the same operator.

Only what supports the service

Website and inquiry data

We may receive contact details and project information that you submit through our forms or email. We also use website analytics to understand visits, device types, and interactions in aggregate.

URL scanner inputs

When someone uses a Tenstud website-analysis feature, we process the submitted public URL and the resulting assessment so the requested analysis can be delivered and improved.

What the SEO Watcher can access

The SEO Watcher requests the Google Search Console read-only scopewebmasters.readonly. After the Google account owner grants consent, the watcher may retrieve:

  • Search queries and landing-page URLs.
  • Clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position.
  • Country and device dimensions when available.
  • Property ownership and URL indexing information.

Read-only means read-only.

The watcher cannot edit a website, change Search Console settings, submit content, or access Gmail, Drive, contacts, or unrelated Google Account data.

Measurement and operational decisions

Search Console data is used to:

  • Prepare private search-performance and indexation reports.
  • Compare non-overlapping measurement periods.
  • Understand which query belongs to which page.
  • Identify technical or content issues that may need review.
  • Monitor the health of the authorized websites.

We do not use Search Console data for advertising, credit or lending decisions, or training general-purpose AI models.

Kept in the operating environment

Search Console metrics and generated reports are stored in local SQLite databases and report files on the operator's protected device. OAuth credentials are kept separately in local runtime configuration and are not published on this website.

Historical measurements are retained while they remain useful for trend analysis or operational records. Refresh tokens remain until they are replaced, expire, or access is revoked.

Not for sale

We do not sell Google user data or Search Console data. We do not transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. Access is limited to the operator and service providers needed to run, secure, or support the authorized feature, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

Tenstud's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Control stays with the account owner

The Google account owner can revoke the SEO Watcher's access at any time from Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future collection. To request deletion of locally retained reports or related data, contact Tenstud using the email below.
